For Open SU's very first Wellbeing Week, we are focusing on the beneficial practice of getting outside or gardening (or both).
We have spoken to students and staff across the University, and are bringing together inspiration for integrating these activities into your daily or weekly routine – and the benefits they can give to your mental health and general happiness. You will also hear from people who swear by gardening and getting outside regularly (and why you should try it too).
This Wellbeing Week starts on Monday, 1 September and will run until Friday, 5 September. The week involves an online event, a competition and tips shared across the week on our social media pages.
In this article, we will collate all the resources being shared across the week.
