The OU Students Association is required to submit an Annual Report to the OU’s Council each autumn as part of our relationship agreement with The Open University.
As a charitable company limited by guarantee, we prepare our annual accounts in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS102).
The Trustees' Annual Report together with the accounts comprise the financial statements. These are audited by an external independent auditor and are approved by Trustees at their Autumn meeting.
