Overview

Good mental health is a key ingredient for successful study. However, it is common to feel stressed or experience difficulties at some point during your study journey. This session will focus on how you can take care of your mental wellbeing and who you can turn to for help and support. This session is being delivered by Emma Greenstein, Mental Health Advisor at the OU.
