Overview

Since 2008, the Mindapples Charity has been supporting people all around the world to take better care of their minds. They help people build good habits for looking after their minds, and share insights from psychology and behavioural science so we can understand our minds better.

In this 60-minute interactive discussion, Mindapples' Head Gardener Andy Gibson will discuss how to practice new routines to improve your health and productivity. Anything you do regularly and intensively can become a habit. Most habits are useful, but some are not, so learn how to retrain your mind and turn habits to your advantage.

This will be an interactive session with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. We hope you can join us!
