The name of the Second Club Lead (You would be the First Club Lead)

Confirmation that you have a minimum of five students as members

The club name and the purpose (make sure this is distinct from existing clubs and societies)

The details of the platform where you meet (Facebook, Discord etc.)
As a Club Lead, you will be actively engaging with the rest of the club members, running and hosting your club discussions and events, and keeping in regular touch with the Association. You will be offered the opportunity to be trained to hold online and or f2f events and meet-ups for your club.
The hours you do are completely up to you, but regular communications with members is essential as is speedy response to new members and enquiries.
You need to be a member of the Students Association to apply for this opportunity.
Members of the Students Association are defined in Section 11 of the Students Association Articles of Association*
DBS may be required, if we deem it necessary, however this depends more on the club and if it relates to protected characteristics.

1/2 hour a week (minimum 2 hours a month)

Online self-study for your role.
Optional training in hosting online and/or f2f events and meet-ups and other training available for smooth running of clubs.
