The Online Moderator will :
- be the point of contact for students using this forum to report to
- review content on a weekly basis
- make decisions on the acceptability of content
- take action to edit or delete posts that fall outside of the Code of Conduct for OU Students Association forums (as we expect all our members to abide by the Values and Behaviours policy including compliance with the University’s online communication systems guidelines) and seek support from OUSA-Controller when necessary or when you or your fellow Online Moderator are unavailable to do so (e.g. holidays/sickness).
- escalate to any queries or issues that require further intervention under the Resolving and Settling Differences Policy by emailing OUSA-Contoller.
