Step Up for OUSET – 3rd to 31st January 2025

Step into 2025, but joining us for the 2nd Step Up for OUSET Challenge!

The challenge will run over 4 weeks in January. Helping to promote physical and mental wellness during this difficult month.

If you missed the previous challenge, this is a virtual distance challenge – in which anyone can participate. Whether it’s walking, running, swimming, rolling, climbing, or chasing your toddler about the garden – if you can track your distance, you can take part.

All we ask to participate is you make a £2 donation to OUSET, via our participation form.

There will also be a JustGiving page, you can share within your circles, to help us reach our fundraising goal of £300.

Each Sunday, you can post your distances on the OU Fit Facebook Page, or send them directly to the OU Fit Club Lead Billy via email. These will then be tallied and updated on our event page, and the OU Fit Facebook Page.

This year we will be running the distance measure, as a relay across the four nations OU Offices. Counting how many times we can make it around the relay circuit together!

The circuit totals 1311 KM total, a circuit covering the following OU Offices:

  • Milton Keynes OU Office
  • Scotland OU Office
  • Northern Ireland OU Office
  • Southern Ireland OU Office
  • Wales OU Office
  • Milton Keynes OU Office

If you’d like to join the thriving OU Fit student community, you can find their page here - OU Fit | Facebook
