Student life can be tough, lonely and overwhelming. If you’d like to talk to someone you can access TalkCampus, an online peer to peer mental health and wellbeing support network connecting students across the globe anonymously to share the ups and downs of life.
The platform is a safe place for students to share, with 24/7 moderation and escalation from a global safety team of trained Peer Supporters and a professional staff team. It is a judgment free, encouraging zone and The Open University won’t know you’re using it.
You can also access a suite of wellbeing resources such as self-directed learning modules, mood-tracking, journaling and mindfulness tips.
You don’t need to struggle alone, you can talk to your peers about the unique concerns and challenges you face as a student.
