If Yodel is used for delivery of module materials it is delivered very late or not at all. If they are contacted they are off hand and tell us to contact the sender, I.e. the OU. As a disabled student, my accommodation is mainly to have large visible printed materials provided. I need them ASAP to use them in the course. Late or nondelivered means I am at a distinct disadvantage before I can even start the module. This is an ongoing problem, not just this module. Why can't the OU use a reliable delivery service? I am physically sick whenever I see they are using Yodel. In this current module I have already had two mailings not delivered and I dread the future. Every new module it happens again. Non delivery with late delivery being their best effort. By late I mean the module actually in progress and I don't have the materials yet, playing catch up throughout the course. Who decides what delivery firm gets the contract and don't they read the complaints being sent in?
